ARC PRODUCTIONS - Striving for Greatness since 2025

In 2025, Sam Mence & Molloy created ARC Productions, a production company based in Tāmaki Makaurau, delivering Audiovisual solutions for a range of events, from corporate functions to musical theatre, from dry hires to full-scale productions - we cover it all.

Sam founded Creative Ambiance in 2012. Molloy soon joined thereafter, and together they built up an extensive portfolio of events & a reputation for excelling in their field.

What sets us apart is our focus on reliability, quality, and simplicity. At ARC, we understand how stressful events can be. We don’t just supply equipment, we work alongside stakeholders to ensure every detail is covered, from planning through to load out.

ARC Productions excels in creating bespoke audio, lighting, and video solutions for each and every event; your event is special and should never be brought with a cut-and-paste package.

Sam has an extensive resume of shows and has a reputation of exellence in Production Management, Audio, and Lighting Design.

Molloy | Director

Molloy is a prominent Stage Manager, Production Manager and award-winning Lighting Designer.

Molloy has a Post Graduate Diploma in Creative Practice - Stage & Production Management from Unitec, and a Bachelor of Performing and Screen Arts from Massey University.
